We have experience handling various data entry tasks into both generic and proprietary/customer-specific databases such as Siebel, Onyx, Salesforce.com, Zoho.com, MACOLA, HMS, a variety of web-based portals, and shared Microsoft Access databases. To provide back-office support for our clients, we have the capacity to receive returned mailings, send out deliverables upon customer request, track various parts of sales cycles, coordinate or follow up with reps or customers as needed to resolve issues such as scheduling, and utilize calendar-sharing to avoid double-booking.
